How do I get a Free TeleConferencing Recording account? |
| Simply sign up for a FreeConferenceCall.com account
and you will be given a dedicated phone number, an access code, a
subscriber PIN, and complete instructions on how to utilize our

How long will my conference recording be available? |
| You will have access to your recording for 120 days
or until you replace it with another recording. You cannot store
multiple recordings in your account, but you can download your
recording and store it digitally. Top |
What formats are available to access my recording playback? |
| Your recording will be available for callers
through a dedicated phone number and access code for 120 days or
until the recording is replaced with a new recording. If you would
like to playback or archive your recording, it is available as a WAV
file, an RSS feed, and in podcast formats. Top |
How long will my conference recording account be valid? |
| As with a free conference call account, you will
need to renew every 120 days. This helps us keep the network even
and lets us ensure the best quality for all of our callers. Top |
What’s the catch? |
| There is no catch! There are no advertisements to
listen to, no quality issues, no hidden fees, no sales pitches, no
contracts, no purchases required, no privacy problems, no
limitations or restrictions, and no surprises. Top |
What are the costs involved in a FreeTeleConferencing™? |
| Only normal long distance charges by each caller's
carrier apply. There will be no bill or charges from
FreeConferenceCall.com for this service. Top |
Is there a limit on how many calls I can make? |
| No, you may make an unlimited number of calls and
have an unlimited number of access codes if you feel it necessary.

How many callers can be in a single conference? |
| The maximum is 96 callers. There is no required
minimum number. Top |
Is there a limit on the length of a FreeTeleConferencing™? |
| 6 hours per conference, including recording, and
there is no limit on how many hours you wish to conference each

Is this a "Free Trial" or limited time offer? |
| No, we intend on offering this service on a
continual basis. We do require that you reregister every 120 days to
purge abandoned accounts and make geographic adjustments to the

Are you going to sell my email information? |
| No. We will send you an occasional email with
information about the web site, the services being offered and
changes that are made to the network. (Read our

Can I use a calling card to call the conference bridge? |
| Yes.You may also use 10-10-### services to connect
at favorable rates. Top |
Can international callers participate? |
| Anyone who can dial a US telephone number should be
able to dial a FreeTeleConferencing™ number. Top |
Is this a VoIP service or an Internet service using my computer? |
| No, this is a Public Switched Telephone Network
(PSTN) conferencing service that utilizes your regular telephone.

How many conferences can be stored for one Access Code? |
| Currently the system keeps only the most recent
recorded conference. So if you start your recording a new
conference, you effectively delete the previously stored conference.

How long is a recorded conference kept on the server? |
| The recorded conference is kept for 120 days or
until a new recording request is received for the same access code,
